Which stage do you fall under?

Each plan answers a bigger set of questions than the last. Start where the pain is. Move up when the lender, the board, or a buyer shows up.

    If you run a nonprofit

The same ladder applies. The ownership package becomes the board package, and lender reporting becomes funder and grant reporting. We track restricted funds and plan cash across the grant cycle.

    How we work with nonprofits

    Add-ons

    • Bookkeeping takeover, on Clarity or Momentum.
    • Lender or funder reporting, on Clarity.
    • Board or finance committee attendance, for nonprofits.

    Common questions

Which plan should I start with?

Most owners start with Clarity. If the books are not closed monthly yet, Foundation comes first, and we can run both together. If a lender, board, or buyer is already in the picture, start at Momentum or Transaction.

    Can I move between plans?

Yes. Month to month means you move up when the business needs it and back down when it does not. Nothing locks you in.

    What does it cost?

It depends on the plan and the situation. We scope it on the discovery call and you approve the number in writing before anything starts.

Do you do the bookkeeping or work with mine?

Either. Foundation means we do the books. On Clarity and Momentum we review your bookkeeper's close, or take it over as an add-on.

    How fast can we start?

We start within days and run a 90 day onboarding plan: access, an on-site visit, the first clean close, and your first findings document inside 30 days.

    Not sure which one?

That is what the discovery call is for.
